Our client is a medium sized company providing telecommunication solutions in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. We are looking for an analytical, rigorous and experienced Senior Financial Controller with leadership skills to join a multilingual Controlling & Accounting Team of 6 people. Poste Provide advice and support to the Management; Work in close collaboration with the Financial Manager and the Accounting team; Manage the preparation of the budget and financial forecast for the group (direct communication with the shareholders); Take ownership of the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements within the group; Manage the accounting operations; Support the implementation of strategic and operational financial accounting related decisions; Participate on the transversal implementation of the SAP project across the group; Participate on Board Meetings and act as Secretary to the Board of Director; Profil Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics or a relevant field; 8-10 years of experience in an Accounting or a Controlling role; Experienced in Project Management; Knowledge in the consolidation of Financial Statements; High level of numeracy combined with analytical thinking; Assertiveness with ability to resolve conflicts; Reliable, autonomous, solution-oriented individual with strong motivation and engagement; Fluency in German and an intermediate level of French.
