Rates, Credit Market and Macroeconomics Analyst (F/M)

To support its important development in Europe, our client is creating a new position. Be part of an international fast-growing Banking company through this role of Rates, Credit Market and Macroeconomics Analyst.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to all market regulations and practices;
- Research the rate, credit market, analyze fixed income product, find the opportunity for investing;
- Research economics and draft analysis report for the management for decision making;
- Research the regulation and compliance policy and follow the updates;
- Input the conducted deals into the core system;
- Marketing activities of Client based FX & Derivative business in collaboration with the client relationship managers;
- Analyze the financial market and identify opportunities;
- Develop marketing activities;
- Manage compliance related issues such as MIFID II report/GDPR/KYC, etc;
- Report to regulatory authorities (BCL, CSSF) the Treasury activities;
- Participation to business projects; assist in analyses, requirements gathering and testing;
- Other works assigned by the Head of department or Management.
- Bachelor or university degree in Finance, Economics or Financial Mathematics or related fields;
- Fluent in English both spoken and written; French/German/Mandarin speaker would be an advantage;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills which enable the candidate to explain complex financial information in a clear and effective manner;
- 1-3 years professional experience in financial markets business;
- Sound knowledge of rate, credit, FX market;
- Good communication with negotiation and learning skills, teamwork spirit;
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams including tax, legal, business operations, accounting, and senior management.
