We are currently looking for a Technical Application Officer to join our head-office in Luxembourg. Role description The Technical Application Officer is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance and support of the different business applications (Apsys, Swift, corona,…). Key responsibilities: Installation, configuration, management and administration of all business applications Configuration, management and administration of the night batches Monitoring and follow up of daily processes Provide technical support L2 on business applications. Organise L3 technical support with the external providers Management of the interfaces inter applications Management of the client reporting Perform ad-hoc reporting and data extraction Troubleshoot batch issues and outages Create and maintain knowledge base to Level 1 IT Support. Create and maintain the technical documentation of the applications Minimum profile requirements: Prefer advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability in scripting as well as UNIX command tools, Ability to develop UNIX Shell Script Very good knowledge of SQL Excellent written and oral skills. Strong and responsive coordination, collaboration and customer service skills. Good organizational and relational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Language skills: fluent in English (written and oral), French is considered as an asset. Ability to work under pressure.
