In this role you will review the whole project content & ensure that the customer requirements were correctly deployed with our processes. You will as well have regular proactive interaction with all stakeholder involved in our beverage packaging projects. You will be become a technical reference within “the beverage packaging team” and deploy the required knowledge across the team. In this role you will work shift and report to the material team’s leader (with a dotted line to our quality team and regular interaction with the plant leadership team) In this role you will as well be developed to support our test & assembly technical specialist. Responsibilities Working with cross functional teams (including manufacturing, test, engineering, inspection, project managers), to identify root cause of problems: Deploy containment and implement solution on affected projects Daily awareness of all projects status and associated containment / resolution Deployment & follow up of Beverage Packaging non-conformance routine within the business Active analyze and documentation of findings to ease project follow-up Raise quality to external customers Set up internal quality metrics Optimize decision making process within the team Regular follow up with counterpart to share findings and raise knowledge (assembly & manufacturing production support Specialist, Test QA, SIF specialist, BU quality analyst) Optimize internal processes Function as back-up for team leader whenever necessary Qualifications Technical education or equivalent experience Knowledge of Husky products, tools, standards, processes & technology BanN IV knowledge required, BanN LN will be an advantage Problem solving skills and creativity Strong attention to details Excellent communication and presentation skills Ownership and accountability Working knowledge of statistical problem solving tools and Continuous Process Improvement tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, 5S, DOE,etc. Understanding of process capability, control methods and ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS requirements) Data collection and analytic skills Good knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent written and spoken command of English Additional language skills such as French or German considered an asset Husky Injection Molding Systems offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
