For an international AIFM part of a well-known network, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Advisor with a good expertise in the field of investment funds.
You are a lawyer and want to have another experience, this might be a good opportunity for you.
You want to have interesting clients and a small team with less than 10 members, this is the AIFM where you can take evolve.

Senior Legal Advisor – The Mission
- Review of fund documentation and manage your own portfolio autonomously.
- Liaise with global clients, lawyers, investment managers and other service providers and coordinate fund set up.
- Draft and negotiate fund agreements (i.e. AIFM, investment advisory, portfolio manager, depositary agreement and facility agreements).
- Be the contact person for the CSSF regarding all fund’s registries.
- Monitor and update the for the Legal Department with your findings.
- At least 4 years of experience within a similar role. Being a former lawyer would be a good advantage.
- A bachelor and a master’s in law. EU bar qualification is an asset.
- Actively participate in the decision considering all opinions.
- Strong drafting skills with ability to present well.
- Good entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to have a good team atmosphere.
- Understanding of the clients’ needs and be a solution-oriented person.
- Salary up to 90 K gross per year with additional advantages.
