Senior Compliance Consultant (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, an advisory company in Luxembourg, we are hiring a Senior Compliance Consultant (m/f/d). For a fixed-term contract.

Your responsibilities:

• Material delegate due diligence files and periodic review of clients
• Shareholder notifications
• AML monitoring on distribution incl. sub-distribution
• Sample review of KIID/KID/prospectuses
• Commissions and fees samples review
• Investment Guideline Monitoring
• Investor eligibility checks
• Appropriate website product disclosure and publication

Your profile:

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar professional qualifications
• At least 5 years experience of compliance and regulatory activities, ideally gained in a Luxembourg based Fund Management Company
• Fluency in English and German or French
