We would also look for creative input into expanding and developing our Assessment, Upskilling and Career transition services as well as the ability to work closely with our clients and other stakeholders.

To join our high performing team we are looking for a Senior Coach Consultant with strong commercial skills for our HR Solutions departments Career Coaching/Outplacement, Assessment /Testing & Training /Upskilling.

The role of our Senior Coach Consultant is to help people enhance their strengths and improve their job skills. You may work with professionals who want guidance for career development.

Your duties include meeting with professionals to discuss their goals, concerns and long-term aspirations, developing individual improvement plans for each professional and composing reports to highlight a professional’s improvements. This position is a for a permanent contract with a start ASAP.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and maintain contacts with the HR community (clients, prospects, international colleagues …), knowledge of the job market
  • Deliver (virtual) one to one career coaching according to the parameters of the delivery model
  • Facilitate group learning events i.e. seminars, workshops and webinars, etc.
  • Provide career coaching across a broad range of sectors and at all levels from graduate through to Executive level
  • Participate in the commercial development of the Company by prospecting new clients, for example by lead business development activities i.e. client information sessions
  • Leverage your knowledge of social networks and demonstrate social media tools to enhance current candidate job search channels
  • Organise candidate events i.e. Networking evenings, social events to further enhance the candidate experience
  • Lead or participate in running Job Search Work Teams both live and virtual
  • Use your strong organisation skills to maintain accurate candidate records in real time
Your profile:
  • Coaching qualification and/or experience of working in commercial, customer-focused environments is highly desirable
  • Ability to work with competency models: design, observation & evaluation of competencies during an assessment
  • Knowledge of career transition coaching and techniques including one to one coaching, group facilitation, webinar experience
  • You can describe yourself as enthusiastic and passionate, a knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong sales, coaching and negotiating skills and the ability to build relationships. You are a reliable professional, able to balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of continual professional development relating to coaching, counselling and / or career transition skills
  • Strong social media skills including active use of LinkedIn
  • Ability to effectively keep records through online information management system
  • Experience of virtual coaching delivery via Teams
  • Experience of HR, recruitment and / or outplacement services is beneficial
  • Stakeholder management and engagement is crucial
  • Demonstrable research skills and ability to produce creative career development materials such as workshops
  • Good organisation skills to maximise utilisation of diary time
  • A collaborative, collegiate approach to working with a team of consultants (freelancers)
  • A positive, energetic focus on making a difference to the candidate’s experience of career transition
  • A brand ambassador for LHH Luxembourg particularly when working with clients and external stakeholder
  • You are fluent in both French and English. Any other language will be considered a plus
