IT Technical Support Representative
Luxemburg
As the only IT representative, you will be responsible for all IT subjects within the company (around 50 end-users spread between multiple agencies).
Your role:
- Analyse the client’s needs, provide the best IT solutions and set up those solutions
- Provide on-site support and advices to clients (regular maintenance, emergencies…)
- Manager calls from users and ensure remote assistance
- Deal with the different providers and manage IT purchases
- Regularly move to the different agencies located in Luxembourg city
- IT budget follow-up
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in IT Support (Harsware and Software)
- You are experienced in the following fields:
- Hardware (installation/dismounting …)
- Network
- OS
- Windows
- Security
- Desktop tools
- Development
- You are a communicative person with a service-oriented mind
- You are a fast learner with good analytical skills
- You are able to work autonomously and have a proactive mindset
- You are fluent in German and English. Knowledge in Luxembourgish / French would be considered as a strong asset
- Driving licence is mandatory
