Our client, an International Nordic Private Banking Service, is actively looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in order to reinforce their Legal department composed of 5 people. This well-reputed and powerful entity is composed of 170 people in Luxembourg with more than 20 nationalities that are represented.

Considering their global presence : You will be involve in a strong international, client-oriented and solution-driven environment with the opportunity to flourish professionally by managing their Legal and Governance activities.
As their next Senior Legal Counsel, you are in charge to Bring your expertise on Private Banking issues ; Advice and communicate with the business on banking and financial services regulation ; Negotiation, drafting of the legal documentation, including liaising with external counsels ; Supporting the strategy initiatives and (regulatory) projects ; Stakeholder support resolving everyday issues ; Membership in various local committees.

You have at least a Master Degree in Law, with a minimum of 4 years' experience within Financial regulations & Financial Law in Luxembourg. Coming from a Law Firm, Bank or a Financial Company, you are able to work in English. French & German are also considered as strong assets.
